D2C TikTok Brand Growth Strategy

I came across a unique social media strategy recently and it's one I think could help ramp up your growth over the next six months if you’re a D2C brand.

The brand that first caught my eye using this strategy is Tabs Chocolate, and since Tabs’ explosive growth, more brands have started following in their footsteps. 

What did Tabs’ do that worked?

They set up 30+ TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts and outsourced content creation for each account.

Their creators post 1-3 times per day on TikTok, and repost the same videos as YT shorts and IG reels. All simple, vertical videos. UGC, maxed out.

I contacted Tabs’ founder today to ask what their initial spend was per creator and should have more intel soon. Estimates I’ve heard from other brands using this strategy is they pay creators around $1000 per month and have 20 creators on retainer.

Why this strategy?

The logic behind this strategy is to have so many videos being posted daily, that a handful WILL go viral every day and drive growth/brand awareness.

Rather than trying to create and post a needle in a haystack, posting the entire haystack every day will ensure a few viral videos every day.

Tabs' ARR went from $0 to $11MARR in the last 18 months, and the growth is continuing.
